The Founder

Katja Noschis Delaloye is the founder of Couture Consultancy, a strategic marketing and creative direction studio for fashion and lifestyle brands. Fluent in five languages and bringing over 25 years of international experience in the fashion industry, Katja has built a multifaceted career spanning consulting, brand management, buying, online marketing, trend forecasting, website launches, teaching, and even modeling.

Her journey has taken her through major fashion capitals—Milan, London, New York—as well as Zürich, Geneva, and now Frankfurt, where she is based. She has worked with startups, independent labels, and global luxury brands as both an in-house leader and external consultant. Her deep expertise in the luxury fashion and lifestyle market is enriched by a global perspective and a sharp editorial eye.

A defining career moment: Katja was hired by Natalie Massenet as a founding member of MR PORTER, where she worked from 2009 to 2014 as a buyer and brand manager, helping shape one of the most iconic online fashion menswear platforms of the decade.

After relocating from New York to Frankfurt in 2020—following five years as a fashion business consultant and COO for fashion brands—Katja served for a year as Online Strategy and Marketing Director at Listener Concept Store. Since 2022 is registered in Frankfurt and has since collaborated with progressive designers such as Quartier Frau, Christin Fabian Cashmere, and St Beex. She also leads seminars and workshops with innovation and startup platforms including Jumpp, Frankfurter Gründerzentrum, Lust auf besser Leben, and others.

Since January 2024, Katja has held the role of Lecturer and Media Relations Coordinator at the AMDAkademie Mode & Design in Wiesbaden. She lectures on Brand Management, Fashion Marketing, and Communication Management. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is also in charge of public relations, press outreach, and VIP relationship management for the academy.
